	CNC Scotts has made a major investment in the latest CNC machining technology. Wooden flush doors are consistently machined more accurately (to BS 4787 Part 1) and an infinite variety of glass opening shapes can be accommodated. Flush doors can now be simply prepared for hinges, locks, flush bolts, intumescent strips, kick-plates and many other common features.
	Facings and Finishes Flush doors can be produced with a wide range of facings including timber veneers, plastic laminates, sheet metal and applied mouldings or panels to your custom designs. Finishes range from basic priming to stains, and even liming, all applied in Scotts own finishing department. 	Vision Panels Scotts' internal and external timber flush doors offer flexible glazing options. Vision panels can be made to any practical shape or size, depending upon the requirements of the project. Curved apertures, circular portholes or various geometric glazing arrangements can be cut - and glazed - in the factory prior to delivery. Scotts recommends factory glazing of its wooden flush doors to maintain the continuity of high quality workmanship and performance integrity.
