Scotts is delighted to be exhibiting a selection of its summerhouses at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show again this July 3rd – July 8th.

We will exhibit four summerhouse models, with the emphasis on the core range of our buildings.  Our stand will have a ‘Seasons’ theme, focusing on the company’s new soft-furnishing designs – ‘Silver Birch’, to evoke a vision of Spring, cheerful ‘Love Birds’ inspired by Africa for the Summer, and a ‘Nature’ design which focuses on woodland animals for Autumn, with the cushions including images of hedgehogs, deer, owls, foxes, pheasants and ducks.

To mark the launch of its new fabrics, Scotts will be supporting the British Hedgehog Preservation Society during the event. It will donate £25 for every set of ‘Nature’ cushions sold at this year’s RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.  In addition, to celebrate the event, Scotts is launching a social media competition on Twitter to run from July 2 – July 8, with a woodland animal-inspired prize bundle up for grabs.

We will also be working with Composite Prime, a leading UK distributor of composite wood/plastic decking, who have supplied HD Deck Dual for the summerhouses to stand on. Furthermore, we are continuing our link-up with Solar Technology International to provide a lighting system for their outdoor living spaces as part of a new package.

Whilst summerhouses are traditionally associated with the hotter months, hence their name, we are keen to show that these garden buildings are truly functional throughout the year.  Having an effective and efficient lighting system opens up extensive usage, not only on a balmy summer’s evening but throughout the spring, autumn and winter months. Plus, solar lighting saves the hassle and expense of supplying mains electrics to the bottom of the garden and is great for properties where an electric supply outside is not an option.

Take a look at the Scotts Twitter page during the show for details of the competition and how you can be in with a chance to win a fox inspired prize.
