Key Expectations
To maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for customers, all Approved Partners are expected to:
- Adhere to our brand guidelines in all promotions and agree to a code of conduct.
- Complete product, planning, and site survey training.
- Contribute to case studies, imagery, and marketing content where requested and where possible.
- Support with mutually beneficial social media activity, which may include a minimum number of posts about us to your audience as well as reposting content we may post relevant to you.
- Participate in an annual formal review to maintain Approved Partner status.
Scotts reserves the right to remove partners for non-compliance to protect the integrity of our brand and of the network.

How the Network Works
- Apply online to join the Approved Partner Network.
- Applications are provisionally approved, subject to checks and training.
- Once your first successful sale is completed, full Approved Partner status is granted.
- You are added to the Scotts Approved Partner directory, and eligible local enquiries may be referred to you.

Application Process
To maintain the quality of our network, we ask for:
- Completion of the Approved Partner application form.
- Proof of professional industry insurance.
- Commitment to training and brand standards.
- In addition, our Finance team will also undertake a credit check on your business. This ensures we work only with partners who share our values and commitment to excellence.
